A spectacular floating bar perched above the turquoise waters of Ro Ro Reef in Fiji’s Mamanuca Islands, Cloud 9 is a two-level pontoon unlike anything else in the South Pacific. Reachable only by boat, this open-air platform combines an internationally stocked bar with an Italian wood-fired pizzeria, its ovens somehow thriving in the middle of the ocean.
